Tasting Notes:

2004: Dark ruby colour; it's floral bouquet speaks of violets with fruity elements of blueberry and blackcurrant. A whisper of leather. Flavours enter the mouth slowly and with a roundness. The dark red fruity notes dominate the light oak treatment. Tannins are supple and ample. A long and fruity finish. Drinkable now. Will cellar for 10 to 20 + years.
2005: A banner vintage with lots of sun and lower production yields.  This wine is dark crimson; it's bouquet is of black currants, violets and a hint of cherry. Entry is powerful and firm; the red fruits dominate the light oak treatment. The tannins are currently supple but are yet young.  A big wine!  Long and fruity finish. Lay it down at least a year or two.  Will cellar a long long time.
